• Casino operations, including staffing analysis, special event pro-forma and analysis, floor performance analysis, marketing program development and analysis

• Hotel operations, including yield management of hotel rates and cost containment measures including vendor contract renegotiation

• Food and Beverage operations, including menu design and pricing and cost controls

• Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations

• Retail and food outlet leasing and administration

Administration

• Human Resource and Risk Management functions including company policies and all property insurance and employee benefit plans

• Employee incentive plans and corporate culture tools

• Facilities management, including project scheduling and prioritization

• IT oversight including new system implementation, PCI compliance, and multi-property work-flow processing
